ROAD TO BRAZIL 2014 - #URUGUAY - #Brazil2014 #WorldCup

Uruguay became the final team to qualify for 2014 FIFA World cup in Brazil after grinding our a 0-0 draw with Jordan. After Uruguay had earlier deafeated the Jordanians 5-0 in the first leg, which was played in Amman, a capacity crowd at Montevideo's famous Centenario Stadium had looked forward to seeing a strong Uruguayan home side produce a high scoring final match to wrap up the qualification series. However, a fiercely committed Jordan frustrated the south Americans at every turn defending in numbers and ruffling Oscar Tarabez's men with a physical approach. It did not stop the Uruguayan players and their fans from erupting in wild celebration at the final whistle as fireworks exploded above the stadium.
